We really wanted to swim, but the chlorine was too overpowering. Our eyes were burning, and we were coughing. The desk lady said they were just audited, and the levels were perfect. Is that why all the windows in that room were open when it was 40 degrees outside? "We" are aged 2yo to 40yo and all all the same reaction. Staff was mostly kind. Just take your own towls so they lady doesn't act angry.
My family stayed for one night and was very satisfied. SUPER friendly staff and clean room. There was a leak from our sink that looked like the previous guest lossened for dropping something down the drain. But they sent someone up right away, they were there within a couple minutes and fixed it right away. She was very nice and apologetic which we knew wasn't their fault. The pool was very nice, we forgot towels and a front desk worker brought us some without us even asking with a smile on his face. Definitely will stay there again! Amazing staff!
It was what I expected for a 2 night stay during a snow storm. They did refresh my towels while I was at work the second day. Thank You. I would stay again. The facility in general needs some love.
Wonderful place to stay. Everyone is friendly and treats you like family. Very clean hotel. Hot tub and pool are a plus. They are very clean. Breakfast offered a variety of foods to choose. Excellent coffee and I am very particular about my coffee. Will definitely stay there again when the area. Well lit parking lot and close to a full service restaurant.

I checked in at 4:05 PM drove round town drives. I was there the wrong weekend going back to hotel at 415I asked for a refund. They said, no. So I said, could I reschedule for next weekend? They said no I could re Charge my credit card a second time to reserve the following weekend. Of course, I said, no. Just use that money. It holds me room for next weekend. She kept saying no, ' can't do that. I was very upset two hundred fifteen dollars on my credit card.I didn't even stay there
This is always my go too hotel if I’m looking for one in Pike Co. Stayed here on several occasions and have never been disappointed. The rooms are nice, clean, and very well kept. My favorite rooms are the suits. Well stocked rooms and bathrooms. I love the pool and hot tub both. Good selection in the vending machines. No noise complaints or sketchy people. Kid friendly. Great service, helpful staff. And right across from roosters, which is a plus! Would recommend!
